Weekly Dry

「日照所」象徵乾物在太陽日照下積累的養分與價值,以乾物作為核心,強調慢性調養、具有豐富獨特作用。「日照」不僅代表陽光日曬,也有日常照顧之意,提醒人們時刻關注自身需求,透過「日照所」讓乾物以不同方式重新回到人們的視野,成為日常健康與調養的重要夥伴。

將乾物與週曆結合,透過每週介紹乾物的功效、成分與注意事項,使人們在翻閱中輕鬆理解,在如今外食生活來說更能直接接觸乾物知識,將傳統計算時間的工具轉化為照顧自己的夥伴,讓乾物的價值不再被淡忘。設計上我們以精緻為主,結合乾物與人體器官,展現乾物對應的身體需求。特殊印刷增添視覺層次感,融入傳統節日與二十四節氣,使乾物與文化連結。此外,部分字體設計以金體為基礎,運筆飄忽快捷、瘦不失其肉,象徵乾物日曬收縮後的獨特形態,並結合曲線筆畫,呼應乾物慢性調養的概念,展現傳統與現代並存之美感。

乾物週曆陪伴使用者認識各種文化悠久且富有養生價值的乾物,有助大家重新發現其獨有之處,並打破既定印象,喚起年輕世代對身體調養的關注。並希望透過這樣的設計,讓乾物重新進入日常生活,不再是因操作複雜而閒置,促使大家更有意識地思考本身的需求與養生理想狀態,實踐生活上照顧提升品質的理念。

Weekly Dry

“Weekly Dry” symbolizes the nourishment and value accumulated by dried foods under the sun. With dried foods as the core, we emphasize their unique role in long-term health maintenance. “Weekly Dry” not only represents sun-drying but also conveys the idea of daily care, reminding people to be mindful of their health needs. Through Weekly Dry, we aim to reintroduce dried foods into people’s lives in a modern and accessible way, making them an essential part of daily health and wellness.

By integrating dried foods with a weekly calendar, we provide insights into their nutritional benefits, components, and usage precautions every week. This format allows users to absorb information effortlessly while flipping through the calendar, making dried foods more approachable, especially in an era dominated by dining out. Instead of being merely a tool for tracking time, the calendar transforms into a companion for self-care, ensuring the value of dried foods is no longer overlooked. The design adopts a refined aesthetic, linking dried foods to human organs to illustrate their health benefits. Special printing techniques enhance visual depth, while traditional festivals and the 24 solar terms further connect dried foods to cultural heritage. Additionally, some typography is inspired by Jin-style calligraphy, characterized by swift yet balanced strokes, reflecting the unique textures formed as dried foods shrink under the sun. This, combined with curved strokes, echoes the gradual healing effects of dried foods, blending tradition with a modern visual identity.

The dried food calendar serves as a guide for users to explore a variety of historically rich and nutritionally valuable ingredients, helping them rediscover their significance and break away from preconceptions. Our goal is to reintegrate dried foods into everyday life, preventing them from being neglected due to complex preparation. Through this design, we encourage people to consciously reflect on their health needs and adopt a more intentional approach to nutrition and well-being, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.
