Smart Desilting Vehicle for Rainwater Sewers (SDVRS)

隨著極端氣候頻發,都市雨水下水道的清淤作業成為城市防災的重要課題。我們設計了一款模組化半自動下水道清淤系統(SDVRS),結合智能技術與仿生機械,提升作業效率與安全性。系統靈感來自蜘蛛的靈活運動特性,採用仿生四足機構,適應複雜地形。其核心功能包括水刀沖洗、吸淤泥、雜物粉碎與自動回收,並配備機械手臂將大型垃圾集中至洞口,解決人工清淤效率低與作業環境惡劣的問題。SDVRS 可獨立運行,透過更換模組適應不同作業需求,或以三台機器協同作業,分別執行不同模式,提升清淤效率與靈活性。
系統搭載 SLAM(同步定位與地圖構建)技術,即時繪製下水道結構圖,結合智慧影像分析實現自動清淤,提高作業安全性與適應能力。為應對水刀沖洗的高強度後座力,我們強化後足關節結構,確保穩定性與耐用性。此外,模組化設計允許技術人員根據需求更換功能模組,如水刀系統或垃圾回收模組,以降低運行成本。

材質方面,機器主體採用耐腐蝕不鏽鋼與輕量鋁合金,關鍵部位則使用高強度工程塑料,並具備防水防腐處理,確保設備在潮濕環境中的可靠性。此設計提升清淤效率,減少人員進入危險環境的需求,展現科技在公共安全領域的價值。

透過智能與模組化創新,我們期望 SDVRS 成為城市防災體系的重要一環,為清淤作業帶來更高效、安全的升級,並推動產業朝向智能與可持續發展。

Smart Desilting Vehicle for Rainwater Sewers (SDVRS)

As extreme weather events become more frequent, urban stormwater drainage maintenance faces increasing challenges. We have developed a Modular Semi-Automated Sewer Desilting System (SDVRS) that integrates intelligent technology with bionic mechanical design to enhance efficiency and safety in desilting operations.

Inspired by the agility of spiders, the system employs a bionic four-legged mechanismto adapt to complex sewer environments. Its core functions include water jet cleaning, sludge suction, debris crushing, and automated waste collection, with a robotic arm designed to gather larger waste and transport it to the sewer entrance. SDVRS can operate independently by swapping functional modules according to specific tasks or work collaboratively in a team of three, each performing a different operational mode to maximize efficiency and adaptability.

The system is equipped with SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology, enabling real-time mapping of sewer structures while integrating smart image analysis for automated desilting operations. To counteract the high recoil force generated by water jet cleaning, we have reinforced the rear leg joint structure to ensure stability and durability. Additionally, the modular design allows operators to flexibly switch between different functional modules, such as the water jet system or waste recovery unit, effectively reducing operational costs.

Regarding material selection, the system's main structure is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and lightweight aluminum alloy, while key components utilize high-strength engineering plastics with waterproof and anti-corrosion treatments. This ensures reliability in the humid and dim sewer environment, significantly improving desilting efficiency while reducing the need for human workers to enter hazardous conditions.

Through modularization and intelligent automation, we aim for SDVRS to become an essential part of urban disaster prevention systems, providing a safer, more efficient, and cost-effective solution for sewer maintenance while driving the industry toward a smarter and more sustainable future.
