以在地蚵仔寮的寮空間原型做為出發，設計以海韻之寮、悠煙隱寮、智綠學寮、共食之寮、清風茶寮、銀光福寮、潮音漁寮，這七個寮設計，匯集人間煙火氣，反轉在地創新再設計。
在四面環海的島國上，岸邊擁有著豐富的魚貨資源下，聚集了以海為生的人們。在晨曦中，海面泛著微微金光，漁民駕著船隻出海捕魚；傍晚時分，漁港迴盪著漁船歸航的汽笛聲，港邊的燈火逐漸亮起，映照著岸上的人們整理漁網、處理漁獲的完整輪廓。
在蘊含香火氣息的蚵仔寮舊聚落裡，計畫保留在地漁港元素，創造更多交流空間，把專屬漁港聚落的人間煙火氣具現出來，賦予新的街道空間及使用機能，利用小物件、老物改造。
生活脫離不開交流，人與人之間總是存在互動，因為交流而聚在一起，因為陪伴而聚在一起，總是因為相同目的而聚集，這就是寮存在的開始，也是聚落風情迷人的地方，地方的方展人們所關注的意義也跟著城市崛起跟著改變。

Kezailiao Sunshine -Fishing Village of Human Warmth watersheds Gathering Place

Starting from the local Kezailiao "Liao" space prototype, the design incorporates seven unique "Liao" concepts: Sea Rhythm Liao, Serene Smoke Liao, Eco-Wisdom Liao, Communal Feast Liao, Gentle Breeze Tea Liao, Silver Light Blessing Liao, and Tidal Melody Fishing Liao. These spaces gather the warmth of human connection, revitalizing local innovation through creative redesign.On an island nation surrounded by the sea, the coastal areas are rich in fishery resources, attracting people who make their living from the ocean. In the morning light, the sea shimmers with a golden glow as fishermen steer their boats out to fish. By evening, the harbor echoes with the whistles of returning fishing boats, and the port lights gradually illuminate, casting silhouettes of people mending nets

In the old settlement of Keziliao, where the scent of incense lingers, plans are in place to preserve the essence of the local fishing port while creating more spaces for interaction. Life is inseparable from interaction. People always engage with one another, gathering because of communication, companionship, and shared purposes.
