香港文化蘊含深厚的歷史與價值，但在時代變遷下，許多傳統與精神正逐漸消逝。為了讓香港文化得以延續，並促進全球港人與國際社群的交流與合作，我們試想成立香港基金會，在倫敦、紐約、洛杉磯及台灣等地設立據點投注心力經營，凝聚世界各地的力量，透過進行國際性的研究倡議、商業與文化活動讓香港重拾昔日的光芒持續閃耀。
為了促進香港連結國際、傳承香港文化與促進港人移民與所在國交流，台灣分部的基金會將興建文化園區，以學術研究作為核心，並同步提供影視文化活動、商業與住宿服務以服務多元族群。
我們興建基金會辦公大樓、成立智庫研究中心與議事廳作政策倡議，並設立投資中心促進投資與跨國合作，同時設置教學中心以傳承商業與民主專業知識。並興建星光影薈與港台遊街，舉辦多元電影、藝術展覽與文化活動，向世界宣揚香港的故事，深化不同族群對香港的理解與認同。以及興建烏托邦來聚結國際人材並為移居港人提供優質的居住環境。期望最終達到回饋香港與所在國的輝煌願景。

Hong Kong Liberation Foundation

Hong Kong culture is rich in history and value, but with the changing times, many traditions and spirits are gradually disappearing. In order to allow Hong Kong culture to continue and promote exchanges and cooperation between Hong Kong people around the world with the international community, we are considering establishing the Hong Kong Foundation, setting up bases in London, New York, Los Angeles and Taiwan, and investing our efforts in management, gathering forces from all over the world, and allowing Hong Kong to regain its former glory and continue to shine through international research initiatives, business and cultural activities.

In order to promote Hong Kong's connection with the world, inherit Hong Kong culture and promote exchanges between Hong Kong immigrants and their host countries, the Taiwan branch of the Foundation will build a cultural park with academic research as the core, and provide film and television cultural activities, business and accommodation services to serve diverse ethnic groups simultaneously.

We built foundation office buildings, established think tank research centers and discussion halls to make policy initiatives, set up investment centers to promote investment and cross-border cooperation, and set up teaching centers to pass on professional knowledge in business and democracy. We also built the Avenue of Stars and the Hong Kong and Taiwan Parade, and hosted various film, art exhibitions and cultural activities to spread the story of Hong Kong to the world and deepen the understanding and identification of Hong Kong among different ethnic groups. And build a utopia to gather international talents and provide a high-quality living environment for immigrants to Hong Kong. We hope to eventually achieve the glorious vision of giving back to Hong Kong and the host country.
