本研究針對傳統魚市攤販在工作效率、環境衛生與操作舒適性方面的問題，設計一款多功能魚販工作台，旨在提升作業效率、改善市場環境品質，並增強顧客購物體驗。該工作台採用模組化設計，使攤販能夠根據自身需求靈活調整配置，以適應不同的工作情境與空間限制。

核心功能包括秤重與價格同步顯示，讓攤販能夠快速完成交易，減少顧客等待時間，提高服務效率。同時，設計自動連接包裝袋的斜板裝置，使攤販能夠單手操作包裝流程，減少魚貨處理過程中的污染風險。此外，左右出水的料理台可有效防止魚鱗四處飛濺，維持攤位與周邊環境的整潔，符合衛生管理標準。

為提升操作舒適性，工作台還具備手套輔助功能，使攤販能夠快速穿戴與更換手套，減少作業中斷的時間，提高防護與便利性。透過這些創新設計，該工作台不僅優化了魚販的作業環境，還能提升顧客購物體驗，促進傳統市場的現代化轉型與衛生管理標準的提升。

This study designs a multi-functional fish seller's workbench to improve operation efficiency, improve the quality of the market environment, and enhance the customer's shopping experience. The workbench adopts a modular design, so that vendors can flexibly adjust the configuration according to their own needs to adapt to different work situations and space constraints.

The core functions include the synchronous display of weighing and price, so that street vendors can quickly complete transactions, reduce customer waiting time, and improve service efficiency. At the same time, the design of a sloping plate device that automatically connects packaging bags allows vendors to operate the packaging process with one hand and reduce the risk of pollution in the process of fish handling. In addition, the cooking table on the left and right of the water can effectively prevent fish scales from splashing everywhere, maintain the cleanliness of the stall and the surrounding environment, and meet the hygiene management standards.

In order to improve the comfort of operation, the workbench is also equipped with a glove auxiliary function, so that vendors can quickly wear and change gloves, reduce the time of operation interruption, and improve protection and convenience. Through these innovative designs, the workbench not only optimizes the operating environment of fishmongers, but also enhances the shopping experience of customers, promotes the modernization of traditional markets and the improvement of health management standards.
