隨著科技進步,都市開始急速發展,開發範圍開始逐漸擴大,各式各樣的公共建設帶給人們便利的生活,但也迫害了與森林的關係,讓城山之間的關係變的對立。而我們希望給都市裡的年輕人一個機會,一個感受田園的機會。透過田地與住宅結合,讓人們即便被社會壓迫的同時,轉過頭來依然能夠擁有著一片屬於自己的天地。
新造社區屬於社會住宅的一種,由政府出資建造,再出租給民眾,透過只租不售的方式,改善國內高房價、高空屋、高自有率及社會住宅短缺等等的問題,而我們則希望透過此種方式更加推廣此田園公寓。
運用原本基地中的加壓站水池復興左營曾經興盛的菱角田,並以此為中心創造出帶有教育農業知識的教育公園,藉此連接新造社區與周遭居民之互動,而新造社區的居民也能透過教育公園來學習關於務農的一些知識跟技巧,以提升作物品質,採收下來的作物也會在公園定期買賣活動,達成自產自銷之行為。

The newly built community is a kind of social housing, which is built at the expense of the government and then leased to the public, through the method of renting but not selling, to improve the problems of high housing prices, high-altitude houses, high ownership rate and shortage of social housing on the island, and we hope to promote this pastoral apartment more in this way.
Using the pressurized station pond in the original base to revive Zuoying's once prosperous water chestnut field, and using this as the center to create an educational park with educational agricultural knowledge, so as to connect the interaction between the new community and the surrounding residents, and the residents of the new community can also learn some knowledge and skills about farming through the education park to improve the quality of crops, and the harvested crops will also be regularly traded in the park to achieve self-production and self-sale.
