紙聚

紙聚是以居家環境氛圍營造為主設計家飾家具，我們的產品有燈具與桌椅，結合紙蓮花這項紙藝的外型結構與固定方式，延伸並應用於產品上。
材質選用厚度0.45mm的聚丙烯合成紙，之所以選擇紙材是因為想沿用紙蓮花的概念，在嘗試過許多片材、紙材後最終選定此材質。厚度方面也是經過測試後選擇，因為在強度、剛性與重量上此厚度的表現較為平衡。材質特點為耐水防潮、堅韌耐用且環保，環保的點在於合成紙是聚丙烯熔融並擠壓延伸再賦予紙張特性而成，與傳統紙漿相比不需砍伐森林也不耗水，且不含塑化劑也不會產生戴奧辛，因此對環境或人體的負擔相當小。
考量到未來投入生產，所以我們將外型簡單化，不做過於複雜的造型，一方面提高生產效率另一方面減低消費者組裝難度，而固定零件也是採用市面上常見活動束帶，使消費者購買後若束帶損壞不見可以輕易購買，毋須花心力找替代或專門回頭購買。

TOGETHER

TOGETHER is a home decor and furniture brand that focuses on creating a cozy atmosphere in living spaces. Our products include lighting fixtures, tables, and chairs, which incorporate the design and structure of paper lotus.

We use 0.45mm thick polypropylene synthetic paper as the material for our products. We chose paper as our material to stay true to the concept of paper lotus. After trying out various types of paper and materials, we ultimately selected this thickness of polypropylene synthetic paper due to its balanced performance in strength, rigidity, and weight. The material is also water-resistant, durable, and environmentally friendly. The environmental aspect is because the synthetic paper is made by melting and extruding polypropylene, giving it paper-like properties without the need to cut down trees or use excessive amounts of water. Additionally, it does not contain plasticizers or produce dioxins, which minimizes its impact on the environment and human health.

To optimize production efficiency and reduce assembly difficulty for consumers, we have simplified the product design without making it overly complex. We have also used commonly available cable ties as the fasteners to ensure that consumers can easily replace them if they become damaged, without the need for special tools or replacement parts.
