全民共學苑

為什麼我的作品名稱要叫全民共學苑，因為我的基地的老人比例較高，又沒有什麼工作機會，導致年輕人都外移往市區發展，這樣使老人會非常孤單，又加上訪問當地居民的一些他們所需要的空間，然後在未來我的基地的一樓會做成文創園區，所以我第一個要做的是青創產業的公司，這樣年輕人就會有工作機會，就會留在原本地方，也可以陪伴家人，再來是當地沒有市場，這樣年長者買菜就會很不方便，所以第二個要做的空間是市場，還有小朋友他們放學需要去安親班，但是安親班只能到市區才有，所以第三個要做安親班，然後為了讓年長者有活動的空間，所以第四個要做的是活動中心跟廚藝教室，再來就是給當地居民他們住宅的空間，以及他們所需要的公共空間，例如健身房、圖書館、咖啡廳、KTV等等。所以我的設計手法是把所需要的空間分成四苑，有住宅苑，學習苑，青創院，公共苑。

All-for-people Academy

Why is the name of my work called the All-for-people Academy, because the high proportion of elderly people in my base and the lack of job opportunities lead to young people moving to the urban area, which makes the elderly very lonely,add to visit some of the space that local residents need, and then in the future, the first floor of my base will be made into a cultural and creative park, so the first thing I want to do is a company in the youth industry, so that young people will have job opportunities and stay in the original place,you can also accompany your family, and then there is no local market, so it will be very inconvenient for the elderly to buy vegetables, so the second space to do is the market, and children need to go to the Anqin class after school, but the Anqin class can only be in the city,so the third is to do a parenting class, and then to give the elderly space to move, so the fourth thing to do is the activity center and cooking classroom, and then to give the local residents their housing space, and the common space they need,for example, gyms, libraries, cafes, KTV, and so on.
So my design method is to divide the required space into four gardens, including a residential garden, a learning garden, a youth innovation institute, and a public garden.
