擂好時

在客家的傳統習俗中，擂茶是客家人禮遇友人的一種重要形式，且土樓的圍屋型態也反映出客家人團結互助的精神，然而隨著世代變遷，這些傳統的互動關係逐漸式微。本研究利用自創品牌〈擂好時〉，將客家代表性文化符碼「擂茶」以及「土樓」轉譯成的茶具、茶磚，來喚起這種被淡忘的互動關係，透過重現客家人禮遇友人的傳統形式，來重新開啟年輕族群與客家的對話。

In the traditional Hakka customs, Lei Cha is an important form for Hakka people to receive friends. The enclosed house of Tulou also reflects the teamwork and cooperation of Hakka people. However, as time changes, these traditional interactions eventually fade out. The study uses a self-brand “lui ho sii” to translate the Hakka representative and cultural symbol “Lei Cha” and “Tulou” into tea sets and brick tea to recall this forgotten interaction. The traditional reception form of Hakka people for friends reinitiate the conversation between young people and Hakka.
