他者 新駁二藝術特區共創基地

駁二藝術特區自成一個獨立的藝術創作空間，但卻一直缺乏自己的辦公室和地標建築。為此，有必要建立一個具識別性的地標建築，以重新定義駁二特區的意義。這個建築不應該是一個民眾不能進入的政府建築，而是一個開放的展覽空間，可以重新定位駁二辦公室，同時讓民眾可以透過整個地面層進入建築區域內。

駁二藝術特區一直以來都是透過別的建築來確定真正的位置，這個透過他人的關係來確立自己的存在,我認為是一件很建築的事情，沒有斜面的進入人無法上到另一個平面，也因為有了斜坡，有些空間會無法使用,透過民眾的不斷參與，駁二才得已一直存在。

The Other THE PIER-2 ART CENTER Co-Creation Base

The Pier-2 Art Center has become an independent creative space, but it has always lacked its own office and landmark architecture. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an identifiable landmark architecture to redefine the meaning of the Pier-2 Art Center. This architecture should not be a government building that the public cannot enter, but an open exhibition space that can reposition the Pier-2 offices and allow the public to enter the architecture area through the entire ground floor.

The Pier-2 Art Center has always relied on other architectures to establish its true location. This reliance on others to establish its existence is a very architectural thing. Without sloping entrances, people cannot reach other levels, and certain spaces cannot be used. Through the continuous participation of the public, the Pier-2 Art Center has been able to exist.
