拾光食所//文化記憶場域復甦計畫

隨著台南發展與進步，原是以務農為主的善化在生活型態發生轉變，使善化地區人口快速增加，小鎮快術發展下，善化文化特色與歷史脈絡的痕跡逐漸消失。科技產業在城市中生根，造成在同一區域中，各個社區有著很大的城鄉差距，同時也有許多文化認知上的差異與衝突。
現代人對於農業的理解越來越少，為了保存當地文化產業特色讓民眾可以更深入了解，在這個農業離年輕人越來越遠的社會中，希望透過食農教育推廣當地農業文化特色，「食農教育是一種體驗教育的過程，學者經由與食物、飲食工作者、動植物、農民、自然環境和相關行動者互動之體驗過程，認識在地的農業和其所形成的文化。希望能以此方式，喚醒人們的記憶。

Modern people have less and less understanding of agriculture, in order to preserve the characteristics of the local cultural industry so that the public can have a deeper understanding, in this society where agriculture is getting farther and farther away from young people, it is hoped to promote the local agricultural cultural characteristics through food and agricultural education.
