利用組合 - 舊穀倉裡的新農業孵化

彰化農業倉庫在日治時期由彰化振業信用購買利用組合所經營，當時信用組合盛行，倉庫因此有金融與米穀儲存、收購等多功能的服務，同時也令倉庫達到卓越進步，但隨著時代轉變，新科技產生，逐漸遭遇閒置沒落，甚至被彰化農會私自拆除破壞1/3，現今殘破的倉庫還留在彰化農會園區裡， 因此我們利用阿龜微氣候公司與早期歷史的金融信貸部結合，打造科技農業致敬與進步，透過延續溫室拱形構造與歷史精神，應用骨架獨立結構與直接進駐手法，在新結構置入下保護原有舊建築，讓其同時展現新與舊的結合，但不破壞舊建築，延續倉庫歷史信用組合，改革內部系統置入科技農業，並延伸連接周遭彰化農會園區碾米廠，產生串連融合，整體達到重新運行和幫助農民，讓這座倉庫在新科技引領下，同時能夠隨時回望舊時倉庫軌跡。

Utilize Combination - New agricultural incubation in old granaries

During the Japanese colonial period, the Changhua Agricultural Warehouse was operated by the Changhua Credit Purchasing and Utilization Cooperative. At that time, credit cooperatives were prevalent, and the warehouse provided multiple functions such as financial services and storage and acquisition of rice and grains. This allowed the warehouse to achieve remarkable progress. However, with the passage of time and the emergence of new technologies, it gradually fell into disuse, and even one-third of it was destroyed by the Changhua Farmers' Association without authorization. Today, the dilapidated warehouse remains in the Changhua Farmers' Association's compound.
Therefore, we are collaborating with AgriGrowth, a microclimate technology company, and the early history of the financial credit department to create a technology-driven agriculture tribute and advancement. By continuing the greenhouse arch structure and historical spirit and applying a skeleton independent structure and direct occupancy method in the new structure, we protect the original old buildings while showcasing the combination of old and new. We aim to continue the warehouse's history of credit cooperatives, reform the internal system by incorporating technology-driven agriculture, and extend its connection to the Changhua Farmers' Association compound's rice mill. This will generate integration and fusion, allowing the overall project to be re-operated and help farmers. Through this approach, we hope to lead the warehouse into the new era of technology while keeping its history and legacy alive.
