相較於其他科學領域，以天⽂為主題的兒童教材顯得稀缺，本設計藉由故事性繪本、及運⽤科學原理的輔助道具，由讀者扮演故事中的太空⼈主⾓和夥伴們⼀同踏上「尋找適居星球」的旅途，以完成各種解謎任務。⽽在解謎任務中的提⽰，是⼀張張由星星們變成的「幻燈片」來配合凸透鏡做成的天⽂望遠鏡，讓孩童的遊戲教學過程如同實際觀星⼀般有趣。
劇情結合天⽂知識共設計成三本故事書，讓家長可與孩童共讀，由於設計「適合⼈類居住的地球只有⼀個」作為結局，希望傳達給⼤眾珍惜地球的重要觀念。此外，該套教材在閱讀繪本過程會先使⽤同樣運⽤科學原理的3D投影DIY組，搭配⼿機播放與繪本內容相關的前導動畫，使其了解背景故事與任務內容後再開始閱讀，藉此引發對下⼀本繪本內容的好奇。除了繪本外，還有配合劇情場景及任務的宇宙地圖、帶來成就感的獎勵徽章、更快帶入太空⼈⾝份的ID card等等…期待在引領孩童逐步學習的過程中啟發興趣，成為⼀套兼具趣味性及科普內容的互動式天⽂主題兒童教材。
Compared to other scientific fields, children's teaching materials with a focus on astronomy are rather scarce. In our design, we use storybook as well as auxiliary props based on scientific principles, allowing readers to play the role of astronauts and embark on a journey to "find a habitable planet" along with companions while completing various puzzle-solving missions.
During our puzzle-solving missions, hints are provided through a series of "slides" created out of the stars. Those slides will also be used with a magnifying glass to create a telescope. in this process, we are trying to make the whole gaming process enjoyable while teaching children about basic astronomy. The game itself can also help to create and inspire an immersive stargazing environment.
Our game story combines astronomical knowledge and will be divided into three books which parents can read with their children. As our design concludes with the idea that "there is only one Earth suitable for human habitation," we hope to convey the important concept of cherishing the Earth to our next generation.
