文化浪潮_海洋文化綜合商辦空間

由於基地位在高雄市鹽埕區，從４０年代時鹽埕區的人們基本上都依靠著海洋來為生到現今，從烏魚撈捕到曬鹽業以及拆船業航運業等等，都與海洋息息相關，因此海洋對於鹽埕的發展相當重要，我們想讓來到鹽埕的人能夠與海洋產生連結，海洋文化是我們這次主要的核心，將海洋元素融入建築與空間當中帶給人們是我們的目的。

海浪的形成是以海水的縱波與橫波相互交錯、衝擊所形成，我們將這些元素融入建築與空間當中，並且在外觀給人一種隨著海浪起伏的感官體驗。

發揚海洋文化的主張，大致可以分為兩類，一是物質性的，另一則是我們追此設計所追求的精神性的。物質性的不外乎親海、近海，加強海洋生態保育，推動海事發展等等。精神性的則為效法海洋的特質，如冒險犯難、開疆拓土、包容博大、善養萬物、創新求變等等。

Since the base is located in Yancheng District, Kaohsiung City, Since the 1940s, people in Yancheng District have basically relied on the ocean to live till now, From mullet fishing to salt drying, ship breaking and shipping, all of them are closely related to the ocean.Therefore, the ocean is very important to the development of Yancheng District, we want people who come to Yancheng District to be able to connect with the ocean,Marine
culture is our main core, Integrating marine elements into architecture and space and bringing them to people is our goal.

The formation of sea waves is formed by the interlacing and impact of longitudinalwaves and transverse waves of sea water.we integrate these elements into architecture and space, and give people a sensory experience of undulating with the waves in appearance.

Proposals for the promotion of marine culture can be roughly divided into two categories,One is material, and the other is the spirituality we are pursuing in this design.The material aspects are nothing more than being close to the sea and near the sea, strengthening the conservation of marine ecology, promoting the development of maritime affairs, and so on.The spiritual one is to imitate the characteristics of the ocean, such as taking risks, conquering difficulties, expanding territory, being tolerant and broad, being kind to all things, innovating and seeking change, etc.
